WELCOME! I'm Nancy. I'm a RMT with over 12 years of full time experience. I thoroughly enjoy my career. I love meeting new people and helping them feel better. It is my dedication. I am a nurturer at heart and always go above to make clients feel good; from getting an appointment quickly, to the comfort of the massage table to the quality of the massage.
My passion is to provide quality, therapeutic and client-focused massage therapy services. Whether a client is looking for pain relief or the soothing experience of deep relaxation, I can personalize a massage session to meet specific needs. In addition, clients can easily book a session in my studio, spa atmosphere in a family environment, ideally located in Pincourt. Swedish Massage
Swedish massage uses various techniques specially designed to relax the muscles. These movements warm the muscle tissue, release tension and gradually break up muscle “knots” or adhered tissues, called adhesions. Work towards the heart to eliminate toxins and pump fresh blood to the muscles. Useful for reducing physical and emotional stress. Helps improve circulation. Improves overall sleep.

Deep tissue massage aims to realign the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronically tight and tight areas such as stiff necks, lower back pain, and sore shoulders. Most Swedish massage techniques are applied, but the movement is slower and the pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain. Deep, direct pressure or friction is applied across the grain of the muscles. With chronic muscle strain or injury, there are usually adhesions (bands of painful, stiff tissue) in the muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Adhesions can block circulation and cause pain, limitation of movement and inflammation. Deep tissue massage works by physically breaking down these adhesions to relieve pain and restore normal movement.

A gentle to slightly firm massage for pregnant women in the second or third trimester. The massage is performed while lying on your side and back. Helps reduce stress and promote overall well-being. Helps relieve many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy. Contraindications: in the first trimester, you experience nausea, vomiting or morning sickness, high-risk pregnancy

Hot Stone Massage
A hot stone massage uses smooth, flat, heated stones that are placed on specific parts of your body. Heated to approximately between 130 and 145 degrees. Good for releasing tension and muscle pain, people suffering from insomnia and high stress.

Cupping Therapy
Cupping is a traditional Chinese medicine where special cups are applied to create a vacuum on the surface of the skin and muscles, allowing toxins and metabolic waste to flow from a stagnant area, allowing in new oxygen and nutrients to circulate in this area and relax the muscles.

Nancy is fantastic. The online booking makes it very convenient and easy to book. I was having an issue with my foot and could barely walk. After seeing her for a deep tissue massage I was almost back to 100 percent. She has helped me previously with other strains as well. She is very strong and applies good pressure. Very knowledgeable.

This is a wonderful service. Whether for you, as a couple, for a relaxing evening with friends or for a family event, everything is thought of for you. All you have to do is provide a space large enough for me to install the massage table. I bring all the necessary equipment including music, but if you prefer your own music that's fine too! An experience that does not disappoint! |
