​Swedish massage uses a variety of techniques specifically designed to relax muscles. These movements warm up the muscle tissue, releasing tension and gradually breaking up muscle "knots" or adhered tissues, called adhesions. Working in the direction of the heart to flush out toxins and pump fresh blood into the muscles. Helpful in reducing physical and emotional stress. Helps improve circulation. Improves overall sleep.

​Deep Tissue massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders. Most of the same techniques as Swedish massage are applied but the movement is slower and the pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain. A direct deep pressure or friction is applied across the grain of the muscles. When there is chronic muscle tension or injury, there are usually adhesions (bands of painful, rigid tissue) in muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Adhesions can block circulation and cause pain, limited movement, and inflammation. Deep Tissue massage works by physically breaking down these adhesions to relieve pain and restore normal movement.

​A gentle to mildly firm massage for pregnant woman in their second or third trimester. The massage is done while lying on your side and back. Helps to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. Helps relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy. Contraindications: first trimester, you're experiencing nausea, vomiting, or morning sickness,high-risk pregnancy

​Hot stone massage

​A hot stone massage uses smooth, flat, heated stones that are placed on specific parts of your body. Heated to about between 130 and 145 degrees. Good for releasing muscle tension and pain, people with insomnia and high stress.

​Cupping therapy

​Cupping is traditional chinese medicine where special cups are applied to create a vaccum on the surface level of the skin and muscles allowing toxins and metabolic waste to flow out of a stagnant allowing new oxygen and nutrients to flow in that area and loosen up the muscles.

Chair massage
30 minutes $60 + tx

​Chair massage is applied in a specially designed chair. This rejuvenating back, neck, arms and head massage will leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated. It is designed to reduce the build up of tension in the neck and shoulder regions as well as alleviate symptoms of stress, such as headaches and eyestrain. The treatments can vary in length to suit your needs. Standard treatments lengths are 10, 15, 20 and 30 minutes. There is no need to disrobe and no oil is used.
